We do not issue refunds for digital service once the order is confirmed and the service is sent. We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving service. If you have any query about our Refunds Policy, please feel free to contact us at our given email address.
If in any case, you pay recharge amount, but your phone does not get recharged, we commit you to refund your money as soon as possible. If in any case, you want to cancel your order of recharge or payment soon after the payment, we may cancel your order only in case your mobile does not get recharged or your bill payment does not reach to the third party. No cancellation is accepted if your payment is sent to the third party. If your money is deducted from your bank account, but your phone is not recharged within 24 hours, you can leave a mail to us in which you must include your email id, transaction id, order number, mobile number/ DTH account number, the recharge amount. Our customer executives will investigate the incident and if it is found that money has been deducted from your bank account, your money is refunded back to you within 7 working days after the date of receipt of email.
